Foster is delighted to welcome the restaurant Màloma, founded by chef Georges Athanassopoulos.

A collaboration that Foster has built up with Màloma over the months with the transformations of the wing reflecting both Màloma’s philosophy and Foster’s values: the use of sustainable materials, integration into the surrounding nature, and, above all, a kitchen and restaurant that run on green energy.

Màloma offers a cuisine that respects seasons, using local produce in the most natural way possible. You will eat what is growing around you. 

The menu varies according to season and supply. The ingredients used come from local organic farms and livestock. The preparation and cooking techniques enhance the quality of the products.

The plates carefully prepared by chef Georges Athanassopoulos and his team reflects Foster’s image: warm, inspiring, gourmet, and daring.

Open to all, Foster residents, day guests and visiting food lovers, the restaurant offers a daily menu in the evening and at lunchtime.

LOCAL PRODUCTS

Foster’s kitchen is committed to use products from the farm as much as possible of from local Belgian producers.

The selection of each ingredient is strict and in favour of local food network.

Besides the ingredients, particular attention is paid to the rational use of water and energy and the treatment of rubbish.

TABLE AND NATURE

The restaurant Màloma, the bar “L’Abreuvoir”, the glass walls in the “Houppier” room, the “Cabanon” (cabin) overlooking the valley and the terrace allow you to take full advantage of Foster’s natural surroundings.

For picnic lovers, you will find several tables in the fields.

The talent of Georges Athanassopoulos is recognisable in the gourmet flavour in his recipes. Lead by seasons and in collaboration with the producers of the farm, Màloma offers a unique culinary experience, where each dish celebrates the richness of local ingredients.

Fermented flavours, local ingredients, a culture of taste, daring and common sense will be at the heart of every plate, prepared with care by the chef and his team.

At Màloma at Foster, you will be eating what’s growing around you in a way that respects natural cycles.

In addition to the restaurant, which can be made private on request, the “Ecorces” room and the “Abreuvoir” are ideal for celebrating unique moments with family and friends.

The “Cabanon”, with its unique terrace overlooking the Lasne valley, will soon be available to accommodate more intimate groups of up to 15 people. Its location and layout will give you the feeling of being immersed in nature.
